Training, Wellbeing & Sustainable Organisations
Building confident people, inclusive workplaces and responsible leadership
Strong organisations depend on capable managers, psychologically healthy workplaces and leaders who understand their wider responsibilities.
People Planet Purpose provides accredited and tailored training alongside strategic support with wellbeing, inclusion and sustainable governance.
Our programmes can be delivered independently or brought together as part of a wider organisational strategy.

Courses can be delivered online or face-to-face, in-house for your organisation or through scheduled open programmes.
Workplace Wellbeing Strategy
Moving from individual initiatives to organisational change
Mental health training is valuable, but it cannot carry an organisation’s entire wellbeing agenda.
We can help you develop a coordinated approach covering:
wellbeing strategy and priorities
mental health frameworks
absence and attendance
stress-risk assessment
leadership responsibilities
manager capability
employee assistance and occupational health
MHFAider networks
policies and workplace adjustments
employee listening and engagement
wellbeing measures and reporting
Jo previously designed and implemented a health and wellbeing strategy that reduced average absence from 12.4 to 6.1 days per employee.
Our aim is to create a sustainable approach in which wellbeing is supported by organisational culture and practice, not left solely to individuals.
Neurodiversity Training
Helping organisations become genuinely neuroinclusive
Jo is a THRIVE Neurodiversity Instructor and delivers practical training for employees, champions and managers as well as bespoke briefings, lunch and learn sessions to increase awareness.
Neurodiversity Aware Webinar
A one-hour introductory session covering neurodiversity, common misconceptions and the first steps towards supporting neurodivergent colleagues.
Neurodiversity Champion Workshop
A half-day programme developing deeper understanding of neurodivergent experiences, executive functioning and sensory needs. Participants gain the confidence to promote understanding and inclusion within their organisation.
Neurodiversity for Managers
A one-day practical programme covering communication, reasonable adjustments, workplace barriers, policy and management case studies.
Our focus is on helping managers replace assumptions with informed, individual conversations and practical support.
Leadership and Management Development
Giving managers the confidence to lead people well
Many organisational problems are not caused by a lack of policy. They arise because managers have not been given the skills or confidence to handle people matters effectively.
Programmes can include:
moving into management
confident people conversations
performance and feedback
absence and wellbeing
managing conflict
inclusive leadership
neuroinclusive management
leading through change
employee relations fundamentals
psychometric testing and leadership feedback
building accountability and trust
Our training is entirely shaped around your policies, values, organisational challenges and leadership expectations.
Sustainable Governance
Connecting people, purpose and long-term responsibility
Good governance and sustainability should not be separate conversations.
People Planet Purpose helps boards and leadership teams consider how their decisions affect their workforce, stakeholders, communities and long-term organisational resilience.
Support includes:
sustainable governance frameworks
board and trustee development
governance responsibilities in a sustainability context
connecting ESG priorities with People Strategy
workforce implications of sustainability commitments
stakeholder interests and organisational purpose
responsible growth and decision-making
independent challenge and board facilitation
Jo holds a Certificate in Governance for a Sustainable Future from the University of Cambridge. She has served as a trustee and Governance Committee Chair and acted as lead for Ethical Social & Governance (ESG) performance within a growing group.
This work brings People, Planet and Purpose together: helping organisations succeed through responsible leadership, sustainable people practices and decisions that create long-term value.
